NEW! Beginning on November 10th and running through the middle of March, we’ll be hosting an indoor Farmers Market on Saturday mornings from 10am – 1pm. You’ll find everything from fresh produce, meats and eggs to your holiday baked goods in one convenient stop. Join us on Saturday mornings for a cup of coffee, a goodie or two and support your local producers at the same time.
And, at the request of our vendors, we’ll be continuing the Farmers Market through the summer! The market will be held on Tuesdays, from 10 am – 2 pm, beginning May 14th.
Tender, crisp lettuce in the dead of a Colorado winter. Fresh baby sunflower greens year round. Vine ripened tomatoes bursting with flavor for Christmas. Fresh veggies – yes, you can have them too! But come early- we’re usually sold out relatively early each morning, or call and we’ll hold it for you!
Baby Sunflower Greens- Use them on a sandwich, in a wrap, in a salad, instead of zucchini in zucchini bread, juiced, on a pizza, in quiche. There are so many ways to use these powerhouses of nutrients. With the same protein as lean chicken (25%) they’re packed with all the nutrition you need and they’re available year round!
Vine Ripened Tomatoes- Fresh and vine ripened in the dead of winter! Enjoy tomatoes fresh from our greenhouse in the cold of a Colorado winter, as a special Christmas treat, or in salads, on sandwiches or wraps.
Spinach, Radishes, Kale and more! We’re still experimenting with these crops, but intend to have them on a regular basis throughout the fall, winter and spring months. Call ahead to see what’s available each day!
